the workers knew exactly what to do there was no clowning around or playing grab ass. there was a couple of joist i had questions about and before i could tell them about it the workers showed the foreman and i had them fix the problem which tells me they were looking out for the customer and not just going to hurry a new roof and move on to next job. The house is 43yr. old and Bay Area Roofers gave me an awesome price to replace the plywood which save energy in the long run and look great no more sagging roof

Along comes Bay Area Roofers. We are so blessed to have found them! We're still stunned at how perfectly the job was done and the level of professionalism. There was zero inconvenience and the job was done with lightning speed. All at a great price! I'm just sad that we won't be able to use them again because by the time our house will need another roof, we'll be gone to our reward! ;)

Bay Area Roofers did an awesome job of re-roofing our house. They arrived at 7:00 AM and were done by 6:00 PM the same day. They stripped off the old roof and installed the new roof with consumate skill. The six nail set for each shingle was followed without a problem. Riley was helpful and explained the causes for the leaks we observed on our roof. He provided us two estimates, one for repair and one for replace, which helped us to make an informed decision. People showed up when we were told that they would. Riley said they would start Monday at 730, and at 725 the truck showed up with materials, followed directly by the crew. The crew lead, David, was helpful, took time to explain as they performed their work. All of the crew was polite and industrious for the entire day. They cleaned up very well, and even cleaned up some incidental material that went over the fence into our neighbors yard, which is more than the contractor who trimmed our neighbors palms did for our yard :) Using the magnet to pick up stray nails was appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised that we did not pay anything until after we completed the final walkthrough. Doing a final walkthrough was also appreciated. In all, I feel that we have a better roof now than it was when the house was built!
