Riley was helpful and explained the causes for the leaks we observed on our roof. He provided us two estimates, one for repair and one for replace, which helped us to make an informed decision. People showed up when we were told that they would. Riley said they would start Monday at 730, and at 725 the truck showed up with materials, followed directly by the crew. The crew lead, David, was helpful, took time to explain as they performed their work. All of the crew was polite and industrious for the entire day. They cleaned up very well, and even cleaned up some incidental material that went over the fence into our neighbors yard, which is more than the contractor who trimmed our neighbors palms did for our yard :) Using the magnet to pick up stray nails was appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised that we did not pay anything until after we completed the final walkthrough. Doing a final walkthrough was also appreciated. In all, I feel that we have a better roof now than it was when the house was built!
