From our initial, and lengthy review of our needs with James Bryson to the finished product, we were pleased and impressed with the knowledge, patience, and competence of this firm. On the day of installation, they worked so tirelessly to get almost everything done in one day, with gutters the following day. The cleanup was perfect, and now we have, well, a guaranteed roof for the next 50 years.

From getting their quote to having the work done, everyone we dealt with did a great job. We appreciated the no pressure sale. The roofers came on time working through the nor’easter wind gusts and completed the roof in a day. I would definitely recommend them.

Roof, skylight and gutter guards came out perfect, great team work. Norman and the 7 man crew worked 11 hrs to finish in one day for our convenience, our yard was spotless when the crew left, the dumpster was even gone that night.Tom also got us the best price out of 4 quotes, I would highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing

Tom T was great w/ explaining everything about the project. Norman (PM) and his team arrived on time the day of the install, started work immediately. While keeping a watchful eye on the progress, he also updated me throughout the day. They finished on time and cleaned up every last nail etc. Unfortunately, my experience with the office was that they were completely unresponsive. For this reason I am refraining from using the highest rating.
