Tom T was great w/ explaining everything about the project. Norman (PM) and his team arrived on time the day of the install, started work immediately. While keeping a watchful eye on the progress, he also updated me throughout the day. They finished on time and cleaned up every last nail etc. Unfortunately, my experience with the office was that they were completely unresponsive. For this reason I am refraining from using the highest rating.
