Guardian came out & fixed a leak on our roof caused by a cracked vent. A month after they fixed it we noticed additional leaking following a downpour. I called them & they came out immediately to assess the problem. Because it was part of the original leak problem there wasn't any additional charge! wow, that's service! Very professional team.

Working close to home today! Out in puyallup doing a valley repair. Valley was done after an addition was put in but wasn't done right.
Out in Lynwood today. Doing a torchdown roof repair. Also silver coating some flat roof areas.
Out in renton today. Working on a valley. Old torchdown that was getting worn out. Replaced with tpo. Added some exhaust vents and replaced worn out pipe boots.
