We had our siding replaced by Guardian and are very happy with how it turned out. It was a complete tear down of the rotting cedar we had and installation of vinyl siding with aluminum soffit, fascia, and window/door trim. A crew of at least 8 guys came out by 730 Wednesday morning and had the entire job completed by Friday afternoon. I am impressed with the work and love how it turned out. It's like owning a new home! Would 100% recommend. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because although the Sales Rep was very kind and did a good job explaining the siding job itself, he failed to mention the soffit and fascia along with trim around the doors and windows were two separate projects from the siding job itself and in turn, 2 additional costs. I knew the soffit and fascia was separate so I asked about that during our consultation and included that in our contract. But I was unaware the window and door trim was it's own entity. Unfortunately I found that out half way through day 2 of the project when I noticed the crew was putting the vindyl siding around the wood window/door trim. I contacted the project manager who forwarded me to the sales manager who explained it was an added project. Had I been informed of such upon my original quote I would have added it on right away and prepared for the cost rather than unexpectedly having to pay almost 4K out of pocket to add it on half way through the project. Otherwise the crew themselves did a good job installing the siding and it looks great.

Tom Lesser provided a professional start to our siding repair project. He took note of the locations we wanted repaired and took photographs. He gave us a price range and listed the work to be done in the contract. We look forward to working with Guardian to obtain our mutual goals.

"Your soffits and facia look fine...why do you want to replace them..." Valerie asked my husband. I didn't understand why either. I do appreciate Valerie's assistance in changing his mind.
