The quality of the work that was completed was excellent. The clean up was very good. The roofers were polite and were prompt in their arrival. The owner cared about the quality of the work that was completed and performed a post installation inspection. When completed, our home looked new again.

From the estimate to the completed job it was quality service. Jenny was very accommodating with the contract and even brought shingle samples to our house. Jacob was there the morning the employees began the job and made himself available to us by phone if we had any questions or concerns. He came by when the crew finished to make sure we were satisfied and answer any questions we had. The employees were very polite, professional, friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. We were very pleased with their work and price. I would highly recommend Jacobs Ladder and will definitely use them again.
