Jacob' Ladder did an excellent re- roofing this past month with litte disruption to my family's life. I would strongly recommend Jacob's Ladder for any type of roofing job. We had some inclement weather during the job during which no work could be done, but Jacob kept in touch with us and assured us he would be on the job as soon as weather allowed - we appreciated this honest and consistent communication. An added plus to their work is the 7- year guarantee of their work - most others are two - and I am confidant that if a problem. Occurred even in year 7.5 or 8.5 Jacob would address it I a responsible manner and stand behind his work. Jacob and his team did a outstanding job on our house. They did a complete re-roof and including flashing replacement and facia/ soffit repairs. They worked hard, were efficient and started and completed the job as promised. I was very impressed that Andrew and Jacob showed up to estimate my roof. I have had leaks for sometime and needed help! I called, they came! I wasn't expecting a new roof but when it was explained to me, we did it! The price was good and the overall experience was great!
