From the estimate to the completed job it was quality service. Jenny was very accommodating with the contract and even brought shingle samples to our house. Jacob was there the morning the employees began the job and made himself available to us by phone if we had any questions or concerns. He came by when the crew finished to make sure we were satisfied and answer any questions we had. The employees were very polite, professional, friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. We were very pleased with their work and price. I would highly recommend Jacobs Ladder and will definitely use them again.

Jacob and his crew did an excellent job repairing our floor, installing the new door and tile, as well as advising us on what would look good in our room. They were very attentive to checking in with us to make sure we were pleased with the progress and approved of the work.

We are new to the state and ended up with an awful roof leak. I shopped and asked for recommendations and heard about Jacob's Ladder on the radio. Figuring it couldn't be any worst than the others I had been looking into, I called. I was blown away when Jacob HIMSELF came and after explaining the problem in 'lay-man' terms, gave me a Great price. On the day, I couldn't be at home, so my husband used our security cameras to check-up on the progress. I tell you these guys were invisible, they were never seen on any camera and when we arrived home the ONLY signs that they had come was the new roof and no more leaks. There were no roofing materials about (not even a piece of paper), no tire tracks on the lawn, NOTHING! Thank-you Jacob, I am recommending you to anyone who will listen!

Very courteous, respectful and hardworking guys. They finished the project in record time even staying until dark until it was completely done. Jacob's Ladder replaced columns on my front porch along with my gutters and stained my deck. The crew worked VERY hard and did a great job. When I questioned them about a few concerns, the concerns were handled to my satisfaction with great respect. The owner aims to please each and every customer! Awesome company! Will DEF hire again! Didn't give a 5 in all areas because it did take a few days longer than I was originally told, but overall a great experience.
