Contacted Jason at Kaiser Roof & Exteriors about a water leak that occurred during heavy, wind-driven rain. Jason was prompt, courteous, professional and respectful of our property. He inspected the roof and flashing and identified the issue as a crack in the brick mortar and not a roof or flashing problem. He explained how to fix it ourselves and offered to replace the mortar if we continue to have issues. Extremely pleased with the quick response and honest assessment. We would highly recommend Jason and his company!
