Officer Black called in from the Wakefield subdivision in Anderson, SC, after being referred to us by their neighbor. He was concerned about his roof after the hailstorm that came through on April 6,2022. I conducted my full inspection and found hail damage across the entire front of the house, on the front porch post, downspouts, garage wrap, gutters, facia and all Gables. I also found hail damage to the HVAC unit on the right elevation and then on all slopes of the roof. Officer Black filed a claim with Progressive insurance. I went back to the property and met with the adjustor. He also agreed to the storm damage. Officer Black is so happy to have a new roof coming soon!
