This customer called in from the Wakefield Subdivision in Anderson, SC after seeing our signs in the neighborhood and receiving our flyer. I did my full roof inspection and found hail damage on several downspouts, facia on the four Gables of the front of the house as well as several window screens and all slopes of the roof. I walked this customer through the claim process and they will be filing a claim with Universal Property and Causality. I will be coming back to this property next week to meet with the adjuster.
