Customer called in from the Wakefield subdivision in Anderson, SC after being referred to us by their neighbor. This customer was concerned about the hailstorm that hit on April 6th, 2022 and wanted us to inspect their roof for hail damage. I conducted my free roof inspection and hail damage on all slopes of the roof, HVAC unit, downspouts and window screens. I came back to this property a week later and met with this customer's insurance adjuster. He also agreed to all the hail damage. This customer is very excited to be getting a full roof replacement coming soon!
