This customer called in after seeing our signs and receiving one of our flyers in the Spring Brook subdivision in Anderson,Sc. They were concerned their roof may have hail damage after the April 6th hailstorm. I conducted my full inspection and found hail damage on all slopes, custom bent aluminum, window screens, garage facia, as well as HVAC unit. This customer as already been approved for partial roof replacement. I explained the claim process throughly. This customer asked their insurance company for a reinspection. I will be coming back next week to meet with the adjuster.
