This customer was experiencing a leak around her chimney so she gave us a call to come out and do an inspection. Upon doing so, I found hail damage to the downspouts and porch screens during my ground inspection. I then went on to do my roof inspection where I found damage to every slope of the roof and all soft metals on the roof. I informed her of the damages she had and she filed an insurance claim with State Farm. I met with the adjuster on site and she was approved for a full roof replacement. New roof coming soon!
