This customer called in from Fountain Inn, SC asking for a free roof inspection. After completing my full inspection, I found hail damage on the entire roof, gutters, gutter guards, and several window screens. After meeting with the adjuster and working closely with Foremost Insurance Company, we were able to get this customer approved for a full roof replacement, full gutter and gutter guard replacement, and the window screens replaced. This customer is so excited that KEE Roofing was able to help them get everything approved by their insurance. Full Roof replacement coming soon!
Replaced some bad shingles that had nail pops for customers repair along with a couple cap shingles.
Mr. Weir called KEE Roofing from the Country Chase subdivision in Fountain Inn with a leaking roof issue. I conducted a free roof inspection and found his roof leak, but also found hail damage on all slopes of his roof. I recommenced to him that we file a claim with his insurance based on the hail damages found. I met his insurance adjuster onsite and he agreed with all of the damages as well. Customer is now approved for a new full roof replacement. New roof coming soon!
This homeowner sold me mine and my fiancé our wedding bands for our upcoming wedding at Diamond Direct in Greenville, SC. Through conversation we spoke at length and he ultimately requested a roof inspection. I was happy to come out. During my inspection I found a good bit of collateral damage around the property on downspouts, window screens, gutters, etc. On the roof I found a significant amount of hail damage to his architectural shingle roof. He is going to be filing a claim through his insurance carrier, State Farm! I look forward to working with this homeowner moving forward.

I went out and conducted a roof inspection for them but did not find enough damage to warrant a claim. I wrote them an estimate for the repairs and they choose to go with us!
