This customer found us on Google and gave us a call as he was looking for a reputable residential roofing company to complete a full roof replacement on his home. I went out to his home and he let me know that State Farm had already approved him to have his roof replaced. I looked at his insurance scope of work and found numerous missing items that were needed to build his roof properly. I spoke with him about how we would work with insurance to make sure these needed line items were covered. He was very appreciative and will be going with KEE Roofing for his new roof!
