This customer called in from Greenville, SC asking us to inspect their roof do to leaking issues. I performed the inspection and found the problem. They is no step flashing o the backside of the house. I let this customer know what was going on and he was so happy we found the problem. We will be removing shingles, adding step flashing and installing new shingles. This customer is so excited we could repair their roof to stop the leaking.
