We are in the process of listing our home for sale. We have had hail in the recent past and wanted to make sure our roof was good to pass inspection. Although there was some small damage, Douglas did an extremely thorough look at our roof and gutters and determined that our roof was actually up to any code needed for inspection and that he didnt recommend a fix or replacement at this time. This also means he made zero money off of his hard work and still took ample time to explain the different types of things insurance would look for in a claim. Very very impressed in this day and age that people take their job serious.

This customer called in from Inman, Sc looking for someone to replace her roof. I conducted my full roof inspection and found hail damage on all slope. This customer had been approved through Travelers Insurance for a full roof replacement. We will be working closely with Travelers to make sure that everything is included in the estimate to do the job the properly. This customer is so excited to be having a full roof replacement coming soon.
This customer requested a full roof inspection a couple weeks ago through conversation outside of his gym, Sportless, in Boiling Springs. I was able to finally get out to his home and conduct a full storm damage inspection on both the property and the roof. During my inspection I found little to no sudden and accidental damages. His roof was in solid condition overall. I recommended that he rest assured that he has a very sound roof over his head.
The homeowner was referred to me by a previous customer! I went out to the home in the Inman, SC near the Woodfin Ridge community and conducted a full roof inspection. During my inspection I was able to identify a significant amount of sudden and accidental damage caused by recent hail storms. At the conclusion of my inspection I took the time to discuss my findings with the homeowner and ensured that he had a chance to see firsthand the damage atop his roof. I recommended to the homeowner that he reach out to his insurance carrier and file a claim for the damages. He did, I came back out to his home a second time to meet with his insurance adjuster and he was approved for a full roof replacement. New roof coming soon!!!
Customer called us out to provide an estimate for the cost of a full roof replacement. While meeting with the customer he had stated that he had already been approved through his insurance carrier for the full roof replacement. I went ahead and conducted my free roof inspection to include a storm damage inspection around the property. I found an awful amount of collateral damage to his home aside from his roof. We will be working with his insurance carrier to have the damaged items included into the original scope of work! New roof coming soon!
Came back out to this home to meet with the independent adjuster from USAA. He approved the roof for full replacement. He is also going to include several items around the property to be repaired/replaced that have sustained sudden and accidental damages! New roof coming soon!
While offering free roof inspections inside the Cobblestone neighborhood in Inman, SC, I knocked on this homeowners door and the homeowner was more then happy to have me inspect the property/roof! During my inspection I found significant amounts of collateral damage to the property caused by recent hail storms and the picture painted atop the roof was exactly the same! Hail damage everywhere! I spoke with the homeowners and they were both eager and excited to file a claim for the hail damage through their insurance carrier, USAA! I look forward to seeing them through the approval process and seeing their new roof installed in the coming months!

This customer in Inman, SC found us on Google and called in to schedule a free roof inspection. They noticed a leak in their home and that their neighbors have had their roofs done. During the inspection there was damages on all slopes of the roof, gutters, downspouts, window screens, HVAC, garage wrap, and interior bathroom ceiling. They filed a claim with Travelers and we came out to meet with the adjuster, they were approved for a full roof replacement. They chose Landmark AR - Moire Black shingles and were thankful for the work we did to their home.
This customer in Inman, SC called into our office for a free roof inspection due to missing shingles and a leak in one of the bedrooms. After the inspection I notified the customer of some hail damages and where I saw shingles overlapping improperly. They wanted to moved forward with a roof repair where the shingles were improperly laying. We did two full valley replacements, this is where two roofs meet. A valley is where water runs down to the gutters, so it has the heaviest water flow on the roof. The customer was happy with the work we preformed and has no more leakage!
