KEE came out and inspected our roof after we called them with a few leak issues with out old roof. They gave us a great repair price, but they also did a full free inspection to our entire property and found hail damage to our roof and gutters as well. They walked us through our options as well as the claim process, and even met with our insurance adjuster. They got us approved for full roof and full gutter replacement, all for the price of what our original leak repairs would have been! They completed the roof and gutter replacement in one day! Great clean up and communication throughout the whole process. Give them a call, you will be glad you did!

Another one day completion for the Kee Roofing Crew. Installed new Moire Black Landmark Limited Lifetime Shingles. House and garage completed by 4pm. Customer loves the new shingles.
This customer in Liberty, SC called us off Google because they had multiple leaks in their home. We preformed a free roof inspection and found hail damage on all left facing elevation facia metal, some of the downspouts, and on all slopes of the roof. They filed a claim with Travelers and we came out to meet with the adjuster. They were approved for a full roof replacement! They chose Certainteed Landmark AR - Charcoal Black shingles and were happy with our great workmanship!
This customer called us for a repair that they knew was needed after seeing water spots on the drywall inside their home. Not all leaks mean a full roof replacement. Making the call for a free inspection is pertinent to learning about what is going on with your home. It's our job to inform and help in any and all ways possible. This customer was happy to fix up their home and find out that everything else on her roof was good to go.
This customer called KEE Roofing looking for a contractor to build his roof as he said he had already been approved by Nationwide for a full roof replacement but couldn't get in touch with another roofing company. I went out to his property and performed my usual storm damage inspection for documentation and to be able to show the customer. He showed me his scope of work from insurance so that I could go through it thoroughly to be sure his home is restored properly to pre-storm conditions. New roof coming soon!
Customer called us for a full roof inspection to determine if there was storm damage to her property. We completed full property inspection and did not find enough storm damage to warrant filing an insurance claim and/or full replacement of roof. We will monitor her address for any future storms, so customer can have a peace of mind knowing we will contact her and come back to do another storm damage inspection if her property is affected.
Michael called us from our Google Guaranteed listing with what seemed to be a leaking roof issue. Upon inspecting the roof, I found that his roof was actually in great shape. His leak was coming from a clogged gutter system, causing water to back up into the soffit and then into the house. I cleaned the clogged section of seamless gutters out for him while onsite, free of charge. Customer will call us down the road if he ever needs us again.
Customer called us from Liberty, SC requesting a free roof inspection due to a new roof leaks. We were possibly going to quote her for a roof repair, but after conducting my full roof inspection, I found that her roof leak was due to hail damage. I installed an emergency service repair tarp to stop further leaking and walked her through the insurance claim process. I will be coming back out to meet with their insurance adjuster to push for full roof replacement due to wind and hail damage. New Roof coming soon!
