We received a call from this customer who was looking to have a free storm damage inspection performed as she believed she had hail damage. I went to her home and completed my full ground and roof inspection and informed her that she did in fact have damage. I found hail hits to the downspouts, awnings, siding, and screens, along with the whole entire roof. I let her know that her damages warranted an insurance claim and she filed a claim with State Farm that day. The insurance company sent out an adjuster and they approved her for a full roof replacement.

I went out to the home to inspect the roof and speak with the homeowner about the storm restoration process. I found hail damage to the downspouts, window screens, all soft metals on the roof as well as every slope of the roof. I went out and performed my ground and roof inspection and determined there was more than enough hail and wind damage to warrant a claim. The customer initially wanted an estimate for a roof repair but after seeing how much storm damage he had to his gutters, downspouts, window screens, siding, and shingles, he filed a claim with Allstate. He was approved and is now awaiting his new roof!
