Mr Watt called in when he discovered a leak in his dining room. We came out and performed our free roof inspection. In the process of chasing down the leak we discovered a significant amount of hail damage on the roof and the gutters of his house. We advised him to file a claim with his insurance company. Mr watt filed a claim and after we met with his insurance adjuster several times we were able to get him approved for full roof and gutter replacement.
