I went out to Slater-Marietta, SC to preform a free roof inspection on this customers home. I found hail damage on all slopes, downspouts, window wrap, screen porch, garage roof and house roof. A hail damage claim to State Farm was made and approved.The new roof includes these Certainteed, Landmark, Charcoal Black shingles they picked out.
Customer in Slater-Mariette, SC chatted with us on Facebook and scheduled a free roof inspection after they saw a leak in their home. After looking through their hail report and finding damage they filed a claim with State Farm and got approved. We put on the Certainteed, Landmark, Moire Black shingles they picked out and they loved the outcome.
This customer is a Fireman who definitely understood the importance of having an updated roof. They had called us from Google and already was approved through Travelers insurance. An online form for a free estimate was filled out by this customer. Upon speaking with the customer, he let us know that he would like to go the insurance route but if not then he would pay out of pocket for a full roof replacement. I went out to the home and completed my ground and roof inspection as to which I found hail damage to the downspouts, screens, siding, windows, and every slope of the roof. I informed the customer of my findings and showed him photos of the damage. He went ahead and filed an insurance claim with Travelers for Hail Damage. I also performed an emergency tarp repair on his roof while I was there as he was having a roof leak that was causing interior water damage. I met with the adjuster on site and the customer was approved for a new roof, siding, downspouts, interior repairs, etc. New roof coming soon!

We were able to assist in getting this one covered for full roof replacement through State Farm for hail damages to both the home and garage roofs, in Marietta, SC. We completely stripped off the old roof and then reinstalled the new upgraded synthetic underlayment and new Certainteed lifetime warrantied architectural shingles on both the home and garage, all in one day.
