This customer called in from Spartanburg, Sc requesting an inspection for their leaking roof. After completing my full inspection I found hail damage on all slopes of the roof. I advised the customer to file a claim with her insurance, State Auto. I met with the adjuster. He also agreed to all the storm damage. This customer is so excited to be getting a full roof replacement coming soon.
Mr. and Mrs. Bello loved the Moire Black Landmark shingles on the new roof. Mrs Bello love how they made the house look almost new.
Today we installed charcoal black shingles for this customer. We applied Bitman rolled roofing system in the back patio area for a 1 degree pitch. This customer previously had two layers of shingles installed. Our crew tore the old shingles off with ease. Insurance covered to have both layers removed. Customer loves her new roof!
This customer selected Certainteed Landmark Architectural Weather wood shingles to be installed on her home. She was approved through insurance to have her roof restored to new.
This homeowner called in requesting a free roof inspection from the west side of Spartanburg county. We went out and conducted a thorough storm damage inspection on the roof as well as the property. During my inspection I found a significant amount of hail damage. After speaking to the homeowner it was decided that it would be best to file a claim through his insurance company for the damages caused by recent storms. The insurance carrier, State Farm, sent out a third party independent contractor who is also an unlicensed adjuster to preform the inspection. During the inspection it was discovered that the technician from the third party hired was operating in a bad faith manner and not keeping the the insured's best interest in mind. The homeowner has requested a re-inspection from State Farm by a licensed adjuster. We look forward to coming back out to the property to meet with the adjuster. A solid example that we will fight for you regardless of what it takes.

Based on the recent storms that have come through the Upstate, I found both wind and hail damage on all slopes of his roof. I walked the customer through the insurance claim process. He filed a claim with his insurance company for the storm related damages found. I will be back next week to meet with his insurance adjuster onsite to point out the damages as well.
I went out to conduct a full roof inspection at this customers home on the east side of Spartanburg. During my inspection I identified several hail impact marks atop the roof. All of the soft metals on the roof had been beaten with multiple hail storms this storm season. There was also a significant amount of collateral damage to the property. We are actively working on getting an adjuster to come out from the insurance carrier. There is enough damage to warrant a replacement and given that the damage is sudden and accidental, the insurance carrier would be responsible for building the home to pre storm conditions.
The customer reached out to KEE Roofing wanting a free roof inspection. Customer stated she had several interior leaks. I went out and conducted a free roof inspection. During the inspection I located several hail impacts marks to the surface of the roof as well as significant damage to all the soft metals, as shown. Homeowner was blown away at the damage I marked, photographed and showed her. She was excited to file a claim through her insurance for hail damage. I will be coming back out to the property in the coming days to meet with the insurance adjuster.

KEE Roofing recently completed this full roof replacement in Spartanburg, South Carolina after working with Travelers Insurance company to restore this home from damage. On my full ground inspection I found damage to every downspout and two screens on the front porch. I did my full inspection on the roof and all metal had a lot of hail damage, and every slope on the roof had hail damage, as well as the gutters. We upgraded this customer to a Lifetime Warrantied Architectural shingle.

Upon my full roof inspection I found hail damages to the metal roof on both the home and the barn. I walked the customer through the claims process and it made sense to him to go through insurance, based on the the damages that we documented. I will be coming back out to the home to meet with his adjuster in the next few days.

Homeowners filed a claim with Homesite and were approved, the crew and I are out today installing the new roof!
