Jenniffer called in because she had a leak in her master bathroom that she noticed after some recent heavy rains. We came out and performed our free storm damage inspection. We found the leak was coming from a bad pipe boot on her roof. We also found that she had damage on her roof caused by a recent hailstorm. Jenniffer filed a claim with her insurance. We met with her insurance adjuster and were able to get her approved for a full roof replacement. Jenniffer loves her new Moire Black Landmark Shingles.
This customer in Woodruff, SC called into our office for a free roof inspection due to a leak in their kitchen. I went out and preformed the inspection, damage was found to a pipe boot that was installed improperly, this is where I suspected the leak was coming from. The customer wanted a full valley replacement and a replacement pipe boot. The valley is an important part of a roof, this is where two roofs meet and where water runs down to the gutters. Due to the heavy water flow in the area you can see where we did a California cut and added some NP1 caulk adhesive/sealant to ensure this area was impenetrable.
This customer is a teacher and was referred to us by their co-worker. They had already been approved by their insurance before having us do a free inspection. They didn't want to disclose that information to us upon arrival due to hearing stories about bad companies. Though, after talking with Mr. Kee and having the process explained they felt more comfortable in their decision to allow us to do the work for them. In the end we were happy to receive their business and are glad they love their new upgraded roof! #justcallKEE #yourhomeourmission
I met with Marvin at his home and did our Free storm inspection. He has enough damage on his roof to warrant an insurance claim. We called and filed a claim on the spot and will have the insurance company out to take a look at the wind and hail damage to his home. We look forward to working with Marvin.
This customer called KEE Roofing because they had a bad leaking roof in Woodruff, SC. I Inspected their roof today and completed a full storm damage inspection. I emailed my quote for the roof repair to the customer.
