Brian Williams and the entire Spicer Bros company really did an fantastic job with the roof. The most impressive part of it was the detailed communications between myself and them throughout the entire process. They were very informative and personable when quoting me for the roof. There was zero pressure felt that day to do anything. Matthew and his team arrived a couple weeks later after signing contract. Matthew maintained constant communications with me through text during the install and sent numerous pictures so I could follow the progress at work.

Spicer Brothers did an excellent job on our new roof and skylight. From initial appointment through job completion we were very satisfied with the end product and fantastic customer service. Chris Elliott and the installation crew completed the job in one day to include having to replace a five sheets of plywood around our dormers and the old skylight. To start with, Joe Eure our salesman provided a very detailed proposal covering all the aspects of the job and answered all our questions and concerns on the day of our appointment. Joe's knowledge his trade and presentation convinced us to go with Spicer Bros. Supervisor Chris Elliot and his crew showed up early on our installation date and were very well prepared for the task ahead. The crew worked together as a team and under Chris' direction completed the job in one day. Also, their jobsite cleanup was excellent. We are very impressed!

The crew arrived on time as promised, started the work and worked until the job was completed, stopping only for a lunch break. The weather was hot but they worked through it. the job is complete and looks beautiful. I did not anticipate having to pay extra for a sheet of plywood that was needed due to some damage, and I was not notified prior to getting the charge, but I know that sometimes things like that can happen so since it was just 1 piece, I did not mind paying, but I should have been informed prior to that being done AND the price quote was higher than any of the other contractors who bid the job. I chose Spicer Regardless... they did an EXCELLENT JOB, were efficient and CLEANED UP THE AREA COMPETELY when they were finished. I have NOTHING but good things to say and I highly recommend them if you need your roof replaced. I had lower estimates, and they were pricey, but I selected Spicer because I had heard about their reputation, so I wanted to be sure I chose a good contractor to do the roof and get a good warranty. I would choose them again...

Spicer Bros was great throughout the entire process from wiorking with the insurance company, explaining the entire process and coming through in a timely fashion even with supply issues of 2022 and everything went as planned with only one snag that mother nature through at them but they handled it well and got a little wet..
