Same quality work regardless if service call or warranty. Only does what is needed and listens to your feedback. Excellent, as always, Daniel studies the issues and gives good feedback on issues he finds. Does not upcharge for things that do not need to be done. On this visit, I waited on Daniel to apply my warranty, So I had to wait. For me, it is better to have the same tech, takes out the guess work.
