Disassembled the PVB and checked all the internal parts. I didn't see any cracks or issues. I evacuated all the water from the top of the incoming valve to ensure that no water was getting past. I repeatedly turned off the water and opened the test cocks. The water stopped dripping every time. Insulated the PVB.
Turn sprinkler system on after winterization of the system - do a sprinkler diagnostic. All in good working condition.
