Mike arrived on time after being able to reschedule to an earlier time due to a cancellation. This was very fortuitous as I had to turn the water off to the house because of significant leaks. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with an excellent solution. He saved me money by not having to replace the backflow valve but still sopped the leak in a timely manner . His expertise, professionalism, and people skills were excellent.
