Good to know there are employees that will still go the extra mile! Since I was dealing bad internet for a while , I spoke with Laura and she helped to adjust my bill. Added new customer owned modem/router combo // troubleshoot of service and PCs to connect to new equipment// troubleshoot of telephone equipment to connect to new modem/router // set up wifi signals and credentials// general troubleshooting When the call began all services seemed to be not working and the customer was understandably frustrated. By the end of the call (apx. 1 hour 10 min later) all equipment was working (PCs, phone, modem-router, etc) and the customer was satisfied. This was a very good call for me and the customer was very friendly and understanding of the situation making it not as hard to diagnose as it could have been. Thank you Sara!
