I would like to highly compliment Laura who provided my customer service today. She was absolutely wonderful! Her demeanor, knowledge and professionalism are to be commended and made my experience with Service Electric made me realize why I am grateful to have this company for my cable and internet. If there is an award that can be given to employees for going above and beyond, Laura deserves this award.
Jasmin was honestly THE BEST Service Electric Rep I have ever spoken to. After years of being a customer, it was so nice to have someone like her to help me. 5 Stars!
Pat T. was extremely nice and knowledgeable and fixed our wi-if connectivity issues very quickly.
I really enjoyed the switch to service electric. I used to have it a while back, but then switch to Xfinity where the service was undeniably. Yes the price was about $10 less expensive than electric for Internet but service electric price of $59 and some change is much better because of the individual service provided . I am so happy that I made the switch. Thank you again Laura for your personal care and help with my situation. It truly means more than you know God bless.

Pat was extremely knowledgeable, personable, well mannered and polite. He resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Gave us an overall explanation of the process if we encounter it again and can’t get a repair guy quickly due to weekend or evening hours.
He came on time, fixed the problem and was very pleasant.
Pat He was a excellent technician he connected both televisions and found out the one remote did not work and gave us a new one
Robert was knowledgeable and congenial. He fixed the problem within minutes. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
I called this morning and the technician got here in less than a hour. Swapped out my old dvr for a new one and got it up and running right away. Couldn’t be happier with the service!
