Lori was very patient and tried to resolve our problem by guiding me through problem solving over the phone. When that didn’t work, she said she would have a technician come by today to diagnose the issue and fix it if possible. She provided everything you can expect of a customer service representative and is an asset to your company.
We lost internet Sunday night and by Monday morning a tech showed up (Robert). He fixed the problem within minutes. Robert was terrific, knowledgeable, and likable!
