I had Greg come out to my home to replace my brine tank. He discovered it was just an issue with the float. Instead of charging me for entirely new tank unit, I was charged just a small amount for the float. He tested my water as well. I appreciate how patient and honest Greg was. Especially with me being completely overwhelmed in a very complicated home move. Thank you for the trustworthy and kind service call Greg!
