Water Softener Repair on a Kinetico water softener system. Residential customer with water softener system not working. Technician sent to troubleshoot and repair. Found Salt Bridge formed in the system. Salt bridge broken. Salt removed. Drained system. Refilled salt and water to recommended levels. Tested system for optimal performance. The problem has been resolved. The system is now working again to remove hardness from the water in the home.
