Finished installing a tankless RO system for a family in East Amherst today. Their old tank-based system was taking up too much cabinet space and they wanted the latest tech. Went with our premium 5-stage tankless unit with remineralization filter. Job required some creative plumbing to accommodate the new configuration, but worth it for the improved performance. Removed old system first, then prepped lines for new connections. Installed the compact main unit under sink, added dedicated faucet (beautiful brushed nickel finish customer selected), and connected drain line. System calibration took about 30 mins to dial in optimal pressure and flow rate. Conducted water quality testing before and after installation – showing 98% reduction in contaminants! Thoroughly demonstrated system operation, filter replacement procedure, and maintenance requirements. Great customers who asked intelligent questions. Left them enjoying truly pure, great-tasting water with minimal space requirement
