It was time to have the water filters change (1st time filter change) and it was "yeah ok" and after seeing the before and after water filters, I was shocked to see how much debris the filter had trapped. I definitely will be more diligent getting my filters change promptly and so should you!

Service tech was doing annual maintenance: RO System Service Call: Service Technician will sanitize the systems, check pressure in the RO tank, replace filters and test water ( this will let us if the membrane is working to its optimum). Whole House Water Treament System. Service Technician will check stack, change injector and screen, will make sure the system is working at its optimal potential.

Customer called as they were getting staining in toilets. Watercure USA technician went to home to evaluate our units and found they had a clogged injector. New injector was put in at no charge to customer

A faulty water filtration system was not operating to remove contaminants from a residential home’s water, so we came out to investigate and resolve their issues. Upon inspection, found the unit needed to be replaced due to old age and lack of care. Came out the next day upon the customer’s request and installed a new Watercure USA Water Filtration System in the home to bring clean water back to the residence.
