Installation was quick and removal of old windows was complete with no mess left behind. Caulking on the new windows is a bit sloppy, otherwise we are happy with our new windows.

The wooden replacement windows are well made and slide open well, (horizontally). Installation was without problems other than the replacement of a few trim pieces, which is expected. Installers were pleasant and worked to assure we were satisfied with the job.

Alliance Windows is a GREAT company to do business with! From day one, Rob Cole the owner was very friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. He patiently answered my dozens of questions and gently walked me through the entire window-buying experience. I was so impressed that the owner himself came to my home to show me samples, explain the various components of the new windows and assist me in ordering exactly what my home needed. I had to modify the order several times and Rob was always accommodating. He was a blessing to work with! On install day, Alan Coates and his crew arrived early and worked quickly and efficiently to install my windows. They were respectful of my property, very friendly and were done removing and replacing 18 windows in my home in a few short hours. The inconvenience to me was minimal. The new windows are a DREAM! Very sturdy and strong - I no longer hear much traffic from the road. My home is warmer and sealed up nicely. The wind used to whistle through the old windows but not anymore. Bugs could get through the gaps in the old frames but not now. Rob helped me buy larger windows; my views are more expansive which is awesome for viewing birds and wildlife. I am thoroughly pleased with their company, the work done, the advice they gave me and the end result. This is a company that prides itself on quality work and pleasing the customer. I got EXACTLY what I wanted! I would highly recommend Alliance Windows for the professional work they perform to perfection. What a fabulous contractor!
