Great company, who did an amazing job with my install. I did the whole house, including windows and doors. Salesman Cody was great, and answered all questions and concerns. I appreciated the detailed quote with each door and window, and he provided several options that fit my needs. Quote was not the cheapest, but was within my budget and was happy with it. The install crew were very professional, and respectful of everything. Did an amazing job with the install and trim. Thank you very much.

A very large icicle, myself and a window had a meeting and the window lost. I called the folks at GNW&D, an estimator arrived the next day, gave me a satisfactory price for the repair and a couple of days later a really nice gentleman showed up and installed a new window.

The whole process was painless, from beginning to end. The estimator gave a great price, undercutting the competitors, with a much more comprehensive description of work to be done. The installers were polite and VERY efficient. We had our windows replaced in January with snow on the ground and temps in the teens. The installer worked to minimize our home's exposure to the elements. They were very efficient. My only complaint (and a minor one) was that we found nails around the house after the old windows were pulled out. A quick job-site magnet sweep would take care of that issue. I assume they just overlooked it as the rest of the job was very clean and well done. Overall we were extremely pleased with the customer service and the installation.

Everything went great except for the scheduling of the work. Work was scheduled but then I received a call after someone was scheduled to arrived. I was informed they would not be able to make it. It would have been nice to be called earlier.
