Shawn called me 10 minutes before arriving to give me a heads up that he was on his way over. He got to my house asked/answered a few questions and worked quickly to do the install. He told me a little bit about the fixture and some features and pointed out the warranty card before he left. He left no trace of his work except the new equipment he installed. Rocksteady Plumbing came the same day I called with a drainage problem in my bathtub. Shawn was fantastic and quickly sussed out where the issue was. Shawn was patient and polite while he showed me everything he was doing. He took pictures of pipes underneath the house so I could actually see the problem area. I made a mistake and put apple peels in the disposal. Do not do that! In distress I called Rock Steady and Lance came out in a half hour! On a Friday afternoon! All fixed. Amazing company; I’ve used them before and they have not failed me. (Plumbers are not inexpensive but my world needs them!)
