Shawn called me 10 minutes before arriving to give me a heads up that he was on his way over. He got to my house asked/answered a few questions and worked quickly to do the install. He told me a little bit about the fixture and some features and pointed out the warranty card before he left. He left no trace of his work except the new equipment he installed. Overall a great experience.
