Tyler and Frosty's arrived promptly and quickly identified the issue with our furnace.
Tyler did a great job for us, diagnosing the issue quickly and explaining what happened to keep our system from turning on. Really appreciated his after hours work for us.
Tyler installed my new heat pump today and did a quick and efficient job! Unfortunately, the unit was defective (from manufacturer) and had to be switched out with a duplicate. Tyler arranged to have the new unit delivered immediatly, and let us know the ETA and expected completion time!
We had the tech out because our thermostat stopped working. Turns out the failsafe had triggered a shutdown due to moisture and gunk in the system. We had had this system undergo routine maintenance in the spring and had to have someone else back out after we found it was leaking water. The tech today found that the failsafe had tripped because the system was not adequately cleaned. Our question is: Why, after a routine maintenance and a service call, was this missed twice? This visit cost us over $400, and while we are happy to have the A/C working again, we wonder if this was all avoidable.
