My furnace went out mid-day on a Friday. I agreed to pay for an evening emergency service call. 20 minutes later they called and said that Todd was available and on his way over. He did the diagnostic and only charged the normal daytime rate. Todd was very patient about explaining the situation and what my options were. I couldn't get the replacement done until Monday, so Todd went and got two space heaters to get me through the weekend. No extra charge, and no frozen pipes. The Frosty's crew was there first thing Monday and was very efficient at getting the work done. When it was over, they made sure to walk me through how everything worked and answered all of my questions. Everybody I dealt with from the first phone call to the end was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Frosty's!
We just recently purchased the home knowing the HVAC system was outdated. Within the first two weeks of moving in, homeowners luck struck and the HVAC system needed immediate replacement due to the cold weather. The Mr Frosty Service Tech, came out and immediately knew due to age the system needed replacement. Within 4 days, I had a new install. The Install Techs were On Time, actually early. They cleaned up, wore masks, were professional at every turn and gave me a tour of my new system. Also the quote was right on so no hidden costs or surprises. I called Frosty's this morning after discovering water under and around my furnace. The had a technician out by 10am and he found and addressed the problem (humidifier). They are always prompt and helpful!
