Mr.Booker was an outstanding tech and presented a very good replacement proposal. His expertise, knowledge, and customer skills presented us with the correct solution to our problems. Mr Landeros and crew arrived on schedule prepared for the job. He was friendly and explained the details of what would be happening. They grabbed their tools and went right to work. Mr Landeros kept me advised during the job and answered all my questions. When finished, they cleaned the site up very well. He walked me around the job to take a look of the parts of the job that I could see. He went over thermostat operation and explained the paperwork and rebate process. After a nightmare of a situation with another contracting company, working with Daniel Gregory from 72 Degrees was a "breath of fresh [cool] air"! We waited on a different contractor to help us for over 5 days, finally calling 72 Degrees to help solve our issue. They were prompt--arrived exactly when try said they would-- and solved our HVAC issue for half the price the other contractors were going to charge. Mr Gregory is always professional, courteous and makes for an extremely wonderful experience, even when our air conditioning goes out. He is honest and forthcoming and doesn't try to sell any gimmicks. 72 degrees is a competent and wonderful service. I highly recommend Mr. Gregory and 72 degrees to anyone. Our unit wouldn't start on a Sunday and within 2 hours of us calling, the unit was up and running. Thank you.

Dan came out and looked at our two systems today. He was very polite and professional, and very knowledgeable about the systems - he gave a lot of extremely helpful information. The most important thing is, I did not feel pressured in any way to buy anything - I didn't feel like i was being "sold" unnecessary stuff like I do when i go to an auto shop or jiffy lube or one of those places. I would HIGHLY recommend 72 Degrees and will be using them moving forward for all my HVAC needs.
