The service technician Edward explained in detail what the problem was with the AC. I am not happy that the Lennox system as another broken part, the unit is less than 5 years old. Since the unit could not be fixed the same day, Edward went out of his way to bring back a portable AC unit so the master bedroom would at least be a little more comfortable for sleeping until the part is available and can be installed.

Called on a Sunday evening, and Edward was very courteous and kept me informed on his arrival. Service was completed very efficiently.
