This is the second time Sean has come out for a repair. He is always very nice and informative. It's never fun when the AC goes out. He discovered the problem quickly and was able to locate the part and get it replace the same day. They checked the warranty on my unit and was able to get the repair covered under warranty and saved me lots of money!!
