Wasn't sure what was wrong with my air conditioner, it sounded like the fan blade was striking something or it had become very loose. Sean came by and pointed out that it was simply the position of the air filter. Hard to believe, but that is all there was to it. Sean could have easily talked me into replacing a part, or having some type of unnecessary repair done, but he didn't. Just told me how taping the filter down, would solve the problem. So all I had to pay for, was the cost of him coming out, and then he performed a further maintenance check and test of our system, since he was already at house, as part of the initial call out fee. I picked this company based on the reviews of the web site. I expected to pay a call out fee, since anyone who takes an hour out of their busy schedule should at least get paid for that. So I would say I got honest, reliable service, at a fair price.
