I was called to repair an American Standard heating and air conditioning system. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was not producing any heat. I diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat and replaced it. After replacing the thermostat, the unit was able to produce heat again. The customer was very satisfied with the service and thanked me for my help.
