Joe was on time and very professional. He evaluated the problem, explained it to us in layman's terms that both my husband and I understood which we appreciated. When he said he would have to go back to the store to pick up a part, I thought this was going to be an all-day job. WRONG. Joe was back in no time, installed, fixed, and cleaned our fireplace in what I consider record time. He cleaned up his fireplace repair tools and installation replacements and left our living room in perfect order with my fireplace putting out the warmth that we have been missing all winter.
