Today the team at A1 Heating and Cooling showed me the issues with my AC which is 22yrs old. They informed me of the various options and since the furnace was also 22yrs old, I opted for a complete new system. The two guys were kind, friendly, engaging and very informed of the products. I will always work with the trained experts at this awesome company!! Also, I got same day service which really surprised me this time of year! Great company!! I did happen to notice the email sent to me uses my last name as my first. But that is not a problem with me, yet some customers get put off by people not being aware of their name after agreeing to spend $$ for a big system
