Brass urinal P-trap is leaking at commercial business
Installed new Glacier Bay toilet at commercial business. New toilet is water saving efficient toilet.
Repaired a Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater. Installed new Grundfos hot water circulation pump as well as hot and cold water flex supply lines.
Located sewer brake under home on PVC sewer system. Customer had foundation work completed, and it caused existing sewer piping under home to break.
Whole building waste/sewer system backed up. Used 100 Spartan sewer machine to restore flow and remove clogged. Extracted heavy use of paper towels in sewer system.

Replaced damaged hose bib. Existing hose bib has freeze break and it was causing water to flood inside of wall.
Camera inspected whole house sewer system. During camera inspection I located several breaks, belly’s holding waste water and heavy root growth inside of PVC sewer system.
Outdoor faucet/hose bib is leaking. Inspected and found packing nut gasket dry rotted and cracked, which is preventing the hose bib from fully shutting off
